The owner was very accommodating offering to keep Bruno at the last minute during a holiday weekend. We were very concerned considering Bruno doesn't ever get excited about boarding, especially with strangers. Bruno excitedly walked off with the owned as we reluctantly let him go. Hopefully, we will pick him up and he will still be comfortable at Coastal. The owner was eager to calm my fears of him handling Bruno in a new environment. I hope this will be our go to in area. I will know when we pick Bruno up. Hopefully, Bruno will be happy and reluctant to leave. Thank you so much!

We had a less than good stay at another local boarding facility in the area we normally use- our dog came back from an overnight stay filthy, scared and sick. She vomited for two days. So we checked into Coastal's facilities and had a tour from Matt. Everything looked good. Our dog came back from his facility happy, relatively clean and in good shape after a daytime boarding. Thank-you Matt and staff!!
